Due to the nature of secondhand clothing and wholesale bundles, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on:

• Style preferences
• Sizing variations
• Brand mix
• Personal dissatisfaction
• Minor wear consistent with grade descriptions

We strongly recommend placing a smaller test order before committing to larger quantities.

Grading Disclaimer

Our bundles are a curated mix of Grade A and Grade B items unless otherwise stated.

Because we sell used clothing:

Items may include minor wear, fading, small stains, minor holes, cracking graphics, or signs of age.
Garments are not washed prior to shipment.
We do not guarantee perfection.

Up to approximately 15% Grade B items may be included per bundle.

We do not include Grade C items in standard bundles unless clearly disclosed.

Exceptions – Order Errors

While all sales are final, we stand behind our service.

If we make a mistake, such as:

• Sending the wrong category
• Sending significantly more damaged
• items than outlined in our grading policy
• Sending incorrect quantities

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the entire bundle
• A description of the issue

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 30 days from purchase date will not be considered.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have already been processed or packed may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if canceled.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Wear Again Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback in violation of this policy.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and recover any associated fees, including administrative and legal costs.

We are committed to resolving issues professionally and encourage customers to contact us directly first.

Limitation of Liability

Wear Again Fashion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the merchandise in question.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
